    This team provides strategy, guidance, standards, and practices on architecture, implementation, and disaster recovery for Compass Group NA. Enterprise Technology is responsible for designing, building, and running infrastructure and platform services in a secure manner for all lines of business.

  • BUSINESS SYSTEMS

    This team focuses on the developing and maintaining various software platforms and processes that support the day-to-day across Compass Group NA. These include but are not limited to finance, human resources, payroll, sales technology, and large-scale special projects.

  • CYBERSECURITY

    This team integrates cybersecurity best practices into our culture, business processes, and products to ensure all potential risks are considered and addressed. This includes cybersecurity and network defense, governance, risk, and compliance.

  • PURPOSE BUILT SOLUTIONS

    These teams are dedicated to creating solutions that built for specific, complex, and unique sectors of Compass Group North America. These associates work directly with sectors and clients to ensure what is being implemented serves those groups and positively impacts their day-to-day operations.

    I joined Compass Technology in 2016 as a Technical Lead to transform a key Menu Engineering platform, and I was drawn to by the leaders' genuine passion and supportive culture. The role encompassed various aspects, including a blend of technical direction and project management, but the support I received enabled my success from day one. 

    Today I’m the Director of Business Automation and I lead transformative initiatives, such as AI journeys and business automation, which significantly improve business efficiency and outcomes.
